South Coast Games Festival Collaborative has a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for harassment of any kind, including but not limited to:

-bullying / pranking
-inappropriate / unwelcome physical contact

in relation to, but not limited to:
-race / color / national origin / citizenship / religion

Anyone can report harassment. If someone’s behavior has made you uncomfortable, or if you witness the same happening to someone else, you should immediately contact Staff, Game Martial or Official. If you do not make us aware, we cannot take appropriate and timely action.

If a person engages in harassing behavior, Festival Staff will take prompt action in any form they deem appropriate, including expulsion from the event with no refund. Our policy applies to EVERYONE at the event. Attendees, Guests, Professionals, Press, Staff, Vendors and other Officials are all subject to our anti-harassment policy.

If necessary, we will contact local law enforcement, provide escort, offer a safe place or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to make sure they feel safe for the rest of the event.

Remember: We expect all our participants to keep your hands to yourself. When at all parts of the event, be respectful, be nice, be cool and be kind to each other.

Our mission is to create a fun, safe, welcoming, awesome event where humans of all kinds can come together and enjoy an experience. We want you to not only have the most amazing day ever, but to experience it in an environment where you are safe and accepted.
